using the Web Page Creator FAQ'S
1) How do I sign up to the Marketplace?
Answer: Design and submit your company's web page using the Webpage
Creator, and the Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce will contact you within the next
business day, regarding your new web page.
2) How long until I can have my page up and available on line?
Answer: Your page and all future changes to it requires the approval
of the Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce. Once it has been reviewed and approved (or
declined) you will receive an e-mail notification of the status of your Web
Page.
3) How do I bold, italicize or underline text?
Answer: Click here to read about it in the Custom HTML Formatting
help section
4) How and where do I make changes to my web page?
Answer: Once your page has been authorized by the Lloydminster
Chamber of Commerce, you will
receive an e-mail notification which will provide a hyperlink to the form
you will use to make changes. Bookmark this hyperlink or otherwise make note
of the address for future reference.Note: The changes you have made are not immediately live. Once you have
made your changes to your web page you must publish it again.
All future changes to your page requires the approval
of the Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce. Once it has been reviewed and approved (or
declined) you will receive an e-mail notification of the status of your Web
Page changes.
5) What does the error message "you cannot post" mean?
Answer: This means you can not have a space in the name of your page.
i.e., This is incorrect lloydminster tire.html
This is correct lloydminstertire.html
6) Does it cost anything to make changes to my Webpage?
Answer: No, it will not cost you anything to make changes to your Webpage. You may update and change your information as many times as you want,
free of charge.
7) Can I add pictures to my Webpage?
Answer: Yes, you may add pictures to your Webpage such as a company
or business logo. To do this it is necessary you contact the Lloydminster
Chamber of Commerce and request permission to do so. There will be a small charge for
this added service.
8) Can I find my user name and password if I have forgotten them?
Answer: Yes, you can recover your personal information if you click
on the Login button on the homepage and then click on the Login
Recovery System Link. Then follow the simple instructions.
9) What can I do to get the most out of my Webpage and take advantage
of the marketing opportunities this site provides?
Answer: There are many things you can do, the most important is to keep
your page current and updated. There also many other enhancements you
can make to your webpage such as: Use the coupon creator, upload graphics,
