Grand Openings & Special Events
Make your grand opening an event with impact! Let the Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce assist you with your ribbon cutting or grand opening celebration.
Our support is available if your business/organization is a current member of the Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce and you have:
- Opened your doors in the last 12 months and have not yet had a grand opening
- Relocated/rebranded in the past year
- Remodeled or expanded your present location
- Changed ownership
For all packages, the host business will be responsible for food costs. For the basic and deluxe packages and upon request, the Chamber can coordinate the food, however, the host will be billed additionally the cost of food.
Basic Package (Included with Membership)
- Ribbon cutting ceremony: Ribbon and giant scissors provided by the Chamber
- Picture of ribbon cutting
- Congratulatory presentation by the Chamber
- Announcement and picture of ribbon cutting ceremony posted in the Chamber Newsletter
Premium $300
Includes everything in the basic package plus:
- A sample event planning timeline
- Invite the Mayor and request congratulatory presentation (based on Mayor’s availability)
- Advertising of the grand opening in the Chamber newsletter to invite the community/other businesses
- Event listing on lloydminsterchamber.com
- Advertising of the grand opening on the Chamber social media
Deluxe Package $1000
Our events coordinator will work with your business to determine what will suit your needs best. Everything in the Premium package plus may also include:
- Boosted social media
- Personal phone call invitations
- Targeted mailed custom invitations to a max of 100
- Decorations (balloon pillars, balloons, streamers)
- Take registration for the event
- Press release and coordinate attendance with media
